A lot of men are totally willing to provide you that peace. They call us sexist for trying to have you as a house slave or whatever but in reality we want the partners we love to have comfortable lives and understand that raising children well and looking after the house is already a job. The whole independant women thing is partially propeganda to double the workforce. Obviously its good if you have the skills to be independant but you don't have to be when in a relationship.

Of course at times, life gets stressful and I would wish I could just pull the stick and hide away for a time but that is what vacation and PTO is for but I'd absolutely HATE if I'd permanently be just at home and I'm not being forced to do my job more than my partner. But this is not something exclusive to women. Men can feel the strain of life as well.

I dont think so. Which is why you see so many single moms. I think they want kids for sure but I think man is mostly secondary to them.

I think most of them enjoy a career and enjoy their own company to be honest. Otherwise we would see more women pursuing men.
