How old are both of you and how did you meet?

I'm 53. She's 49. She works at the YMCA where I swim. We had a first date last week, where we grabbed a hot coffee and walked on the rail trail and talked. I am just way out of practice to know how these things work anymore. And she told me it was her first date in 28 years! (She was married and raising a family).
