We've talked online for 2 years. Weve been friends for the whole time, well not really defined but assumed. We met last year in the summer, it went well but a little awkward. I can tell he has feelings for me and I do for him too. Last meetup definitely felt more friendly than a date but we're setting the next meetup with a meal and few drinks so kind different vibes. We haven't defined things as romantic but I think it's unspoken. So if I do want to and get the confidence should I kiss him? Also logistics wise when should if I'm out in public spaces the entire time? Do I need to define my feelings before meeting?
