He dodged a bullet. I understand anime might not be your cup of tea, but the fact you say it's feminine and childish means you're the childish one and you have no clue what anime is.
There's a lot of anime that's fat better than any current movie. The ones you mentioned though in my opinion are nor really good examples of that. There are more types that you could really think of. I just say that in regards to you thinking it's childish. Sailormoon though is Def for children
in short liking things is a sign of immaturity for you and you think maturity is about having a boring life with no real colour, let me guess you are into soccer and cars?
my opinion of you didn't change. and i don't talk about liking cars i'm talking about having them as a limited hobby, like they are one of the only things you have something to talk about.
You may or may not have done the right thing but your gut told you to forget him and just block him. I feel many times in breaking it off with a guy I'd been with for a long time that at first in getting accidentally a nude pix of a Veryyyy young girl in a forest getting he had found online in pix I found out he was downloading even years ago with another X, I should never have gone any further. You are no A-hole for doing what I feel is sensible nowadays.
I side with the friend, because of the not seeing a future with him. I don't see why a hobby you don't want to partake would make him a bad boyfriend, a bad father, a bad man. If it's a dealbreaker for you, it is what it is.
Anime is probably more popular than ever right now, especially among teens and young adults. If it's that big of an issue for you, then maybe you'd have better luck with older men who don't even know what anime is. 🤷♀️
You didn’t notice it before, he liked anime then, he still was manly to you. And I don't think excessive violence, sexuality, and other things of that sort are for children, but hey.
Tinder is trash, only sluts and players use it. Anime is awesome. Women who don't like anime and video games are boring people. Your friend sounds nice. Yes you were being an asshole.
You probably shouldn't judge an entire genre on a few episodes of Sailor Moon. And you definitely shouldn't judge a guy for enjoying a genre that you don't like. The important thing in a relationship is not shared interests, but shared values.

Chances are you didn't like the guy, cause watching anime is a petty stupid idiotic reason to block someone. He dodged a bullet, and should thank his lucky stars you blocked him.. you're not mature enough for an adult relationship.

I think perhaps just blocking him yes. Its a bit childish and that. It would have been better to at least talk to him and say you didn't see it working out.
Everyone has things to them that they don't want in a partner and so if his animie watching is sucba a big deal it wouldn't have worked out so not continuing was probably in both your best interests.

Imagine being so "traditional" that all you want is a man slave who is not allowed to engage in entertainment of any kind.
"A guy who doesn't work 24/7 and rakes a break? Ew!"
He dodged a bullet. I understand anime might not be your cup of tea, but the fact you say it's feminine and childish means you're the childish one and you have no clue what anime is.

Blocking may be eccessive, but I too don't like anime and see it as a sign of immaturity.
Same for videogames and superheroes and girls stuff.

@aceleon I don't like soccer although I'm the honorary president of a local team - it's just a formality.
Cars, only if they are expensive.
my opinion of you didn't change. and i don't talk about liking cars i'm talking about having them as a limited hobby, like they are one of the only things you have something to talk about.
@aceleon I won't be sleeping tonight because you have an opinion of me.
What shall I do now?
well firstly stopping acting like a smartass when you are just a judgmental average joe who thinks he is smart?
@aceleon perhaps.
Or perhaps I'll keep acting like a smartass.
Let me think about it.
i doubt you have the ability.
@aceleon how could I, when I'm discussing with someone I don't even know, on the thread opened by someone who has the picture of a whore?
It's a dilemma, should I pick sides with the slut, or with the random nobody?
nobody? is this the way you talk with your father?
@aceleon no, because my father, bless his soul, at least commanded some respect.
Not as much as my grandfather, but he still amounted to something.

I'm sorry, he's the childish one? Not the person who ghosted someone else for their interests? Come on 💀

Yaaas! Qweeen! Show dat nerd where he belongs! You did the right thing. He can go home and cry about it while faping to his anime waifus🤣🤣🤣
you sound like a sissy faggot. just drop it you are not sounding masculine or anything of the sort you are sounding insecure and lonely.
@aceleon I am gay and don't cry otaku boi. females of your specimen can still be found in wild.
You didn’t notice it before, he liked anime then, he still was manly to you. And I don't think excessive violence, sexuality, and other things of that sort are for children, but hey.

Not really but you are uneducated and don't know what anime is about.
It was kind of mean not gonna lie but you most likely wouldn't of suited each other.
there are mountains and there are molehills. Liking Japanese cartoons? Definitely the latter.
Blocking and ghosting is shit. You're the asshole.
He may be an awesome guy, but I suspect he'll have his work cut out for him to make you happy;)
I'm still hoping you'll follow me, Goddess ❤️
Yes.
You are the reason I ask to split the bill on the first date.
