I said no, because in most cases it's not a good idea. That being said, I know multiple women who cheated on the first guy but went on to be faithful and happy wives with the next. They only cheated on the first because he was so awful.

For example, one started seeing her guy when she was about 15 and he was 40. Gross on his part already. Then, he got into drugs and was giving her drugs. They had kids, and he was beating the kids and would not get off the drugs. She wanted to better her life, but he was dragging her down. She went to college and met a new guy there and began flirting with him and got into a relationship. Eventually, she tried to leave the first guy. He got angry, dumped their kids on a neighbor, and blew his brains out in the front yard.

She married the second guy, had 5 more kids with him, and has been a faithful and loving wife for over a decade since. Happy women are faithful women.

It's not like cheating women who leave their man for the guy they cheating with are geniuses either. The new guy knows she can do it to him too.

Do they though? In my small town, I've known quite a few cases of men and women "stealing" someone's husband or wife. And every time, the illegitimate couple got married and then the cheater ended up cheating and divorcing the person who "stole" them. People who get with cheaters simply are not intelligent enough to see what they did as "getting with a cheater" but rather see it as a sign that they are a better person than the cheaters previous partner.
