I have certainly seen many women who were very attractive and I contemplated how it would feel to have sex with them. I also contemplated how it would feel to cheat on my partner and the overwhelming sense of guilt and shame overshadowed everything else, so I have never cheated.

Yes. I never felt that way towards a person before, ended up breaking up with my then boyfriend and have been dating the other guy for 4 years now. We’re both still deeply attracted to each other and have never even noticed any other person/temptations.
