How do I get women to notice me and not be constantly rejected?

I'm a 45yr old single virigin, who has never been able to find anyone to date my entire life. I'm tired of the constant rejection and would like some ongoing help from women on how to start getting noticed. I'm ok with an ongoing conversation to help with gaining some self esteem and confidence, which I never had.

Different people notice different things. I notice smile and laughter. It's something what draws me into specific person. I value intelligence combined with life experience, but this is something I can learn later, during conversations. Smiling and laughing people often share great sense of humor and I love men who enjoy teasing, bantering and fooling around.

kind, considerate and a good sense of humor. Not sure what's wrong with that. as for trying harder, if I tried any harder I'd be screaming on a street corner.
