Me and my girlfriend been dating for 7 months but she does really love me, we are happy amd we did say we can meet when she graduates school like me. We do live pretty close but she said that she is really nervous to meet me then said sorry im a shy person. But i have never did anything to scare her. I think I should break up with her but we love eachother very much we have strong feelings and had a lot of fun. But I think she will be to scared and might never come to meet me I am scared that she might stand me up on a date for being to nervous she said lets meet at the right time also told me im very safe with u.

Man that's a tough situation. On one hand, it really sucks that after 7 months she's still too nervous to meet up, especially since you guys live close. That would make me worried too about her ever actually following through.

At the same time though, I get being shy can be really hard to overcome. And it sounds like you guys really care about each other. Maybe give it a little more time since she did say she wants to meet after she graduates. That's not too far away hopefully.

In the meantime, is there small ways you could help her feel more comfortable, like video chatting or exchanging pictures? Little steps that help the relationship feel more real without pushing too fast physically.

And definitely talk to her about your concerns too. Be honest but also listen to understand where she's coming from. Maybe compromise on a definite plan to meet by a certain date after graduation. That way you have reassurance it will happen, but don't need to break things off yet if you do love each other. Just some ideas - communication is key here!

I say give it a little more time and communicate with her that you really want to see her. If she still doesn't want to meet up after a while then end it.
