What’s the best top tips to keep a guy interested in the talking stage without coming off boring?

Genuine deep conversations that are about something real.
For me its actually pretty drastic, if we haven't escalated the conversation beyond something superficial in the first conversation I move on. If the conversation automatically kept derailing into all kinds of interesting subjects and conversations rather than me trying hard to get something out of you then ill be interested in another one.

So ill share two examples of conversations I had with people on this website.
The bad (Nothing personal, just a very typical example of where it fails to get deep): We had just started talking for the first time so I was trying to get to know her. So I did a simple opening asking her what kind of stuff she was interested in. She mentioned she visited some basic locations in her area and named a few, which isn't very helpful since that doesn't tell me much but at least I was interested in one of the locations. So I spent a bit of time talking about it, sharing what I liked about it, giving her any sort of opportunity to escalate the topic for it to be deeper than just the inside of the location. Didn't happen, so I then quickly lost interest when I ran out of stuff to say about it as she had given me no opening for any other topic. I was considering to talk to her another day but I didn't have anything to say to her as a result, eventually discovered I was blocked. I assume she took offense I didn't reply sooner or saw another opinion of mine she disagreed with.

The great: Also a girl, and in our case we had amazing chemistry. This girl I actually met on a more sexual note (Logical since its GAG) but we quickly derailed into a non sexual topic. Both of us loved deep conversations, we loved philosophy, we loved speculating about all kinds of stuff, we had great sexual compatibility to so every topic with her was an absolute joy. I could talk to her for hours every day and it was something i'd look forward to.

So the gist of it is to do your part in giving your partner openings for further conversation, don't be afraid to just derail the conversation into whatever comes up rather than staying on topic. If the initial topic was good it will inevitably just derail back on track. The more things go into meaningful stuff within the conversation and a genuine connection is shared the better. If it stays with the boring small talk he will get bored quickly if he's like me.
