I think most guys would not have an issue dating a smaller girl and most women would rather not date a smaller guy than them, although they might be open to it based on other factors.

My answer is if the girl is 4 feet, it definitely wouldn't be an issue to me.

To be honest no. I’m one who hold the opinion that at least up to a certain age, dating comes with the goal of having kids together (as long as it is heterosexual dating). If one were to have children with a sexual partner who suffers from dwarfism, there is a high chance of producing offspring who also suffer dwarfism.
