Some weird clues

I understand on dating apps you don’t want to reveal your real name. We had been texting for a minute maybe a week… I asked if that was his real name he said yes

I felt like he wouldn’t really tell me things about himself… some things he would answer

on the date he still acted like he didn't want to tell me his name… i asked him.. a couple times.. he said it super low like he didn’t want to tell me.

then I thought this was a nice gesture… he lives 5 miles away from me… he picked a place near me vs near him…

Yo sis, these are some major red flags from this dude! I'd be hella sketched out too. A few things:

- Why he so secretive about his real name? Biggest sign he's hiding something shady for sure

- Plus he won't open up about himself at all? Nahhh that's super weird

- Then acting all weird saying his name lowkey on the date? No girl, big no

The closest place pick could've just been considerate I guess. But with all the other sus stuff, my bet is he picked your 'hood cuz he's tryna keep whatever's goin on near him on the low DL.

I wouldn't trust this clown for a damn second, seems like textbook double life behavior. I'd straight up say to him "Cut the BS, tell me who you really are right now before I leave." Watch him sweat tryna come up with another lie no doubt.

2 weeks after our date in which he ghosted me…. I went to a walmart closer to his city and I think I saw him with another girl… they were looking at body wash

I couldn’t remember exactly how he looked anymore but they looked similar, same build and had an accent.

All I honestly could see is red and I was super close to them…. He didn’t act strange

I just wish i would have asked or something… I felt stupid and massively hurt

I was so enraged when i left… my friend called him and he said he was in the hospital (he was)… and he didn’t remember..

I just felt all kinds of in my feelings…

I did text him once more and he did call me and give me a proper rejection sorta..

Awww, that is freaking rough. I'm so sorry you had to go through that, seeing him out like that with another girl. That woulda filled me with rage too, I don't blame you one bit for feeling totally hurt and betrayed.

What a scumbag though, saying he was in the hospital - like come on man, you know damn well you were lyin'! And "not remembering," puh-lease. Dude's full of it for sure.

At least now you've got your closure and confirmation he was playing games. As much as it stings right now, try to take the high road - delete and block his number so he can't string you along anymore.

You didn't do anything wrong, sis. Some guys out here just suck, plain and simple. But his nasty behavior says it all about HIM, not you. You're way too good for bullshit games and lies.
