Suddenly he ends things because he is moving away?

I met this guy once and there was an overwhelming spark on each side.

I Then went on vacation and he wrote me everyday, asking when I'll be back

The day of my flight, late night he wrote me saying he hopes I had a good flight. Next day I texted him good morning but he didn't reply which confused me a lot

now after three days, he apologizes saying he had to sort his mind and he decided to accept the job offer abroad which had been on the table for a long time

He wished me all luck in life and said he therefore no longer wants contact

What should I say? Should I even respond? I'm very heartbroken he chose to meet me although he was sure leaving the country behind, not paying attention to my feelings

I don't think there would be anything wrong with expressing disappointment, but don't expect to win him back if you do that.

Regardless of whether his job is real, he has made up his mind.

But I'm really struggling.. should I reply? or leave it?

I don't think there's any right answer... When I was in your situation, I just said that the situation made me sad and then thanked her for telling me. I caught crap for it, but I don't regret saying something. It helped with closure... sort of.

Her response was "I'm sorry you feel that way," and then make fun of me for feeling sad. I would hope that your guy would have a bit more empathy than she did for me, but I guess you don't know until you try saying something.

No absolutely not... I would simply write this off as an extremely bad experience... And very quickly move on with my life.
