Talk to as many people as possible. Get the fuck out of your house and take opportunities that will get you new experiences, even if they don't always seem like the most exciting thing ever.

Woman are where the extravagant experiences are: clubs, concerts, themed bars, festivals/events, skybox seats at sporting events, vacationg etc. Woman are always OUT because they bring their FRIENDS when guys take them places that are EXCITING. And really think about that word, what does it mean to excite something? To get it moving to bring energy into a system. Woman are where there's high energy.

And if you have trouble talking to woman, get friendly with a group of them and let that be your class.

Ask girls out! It's not difficult. I was once shy and intimidated, but then I took charge. A guy doesn't have to act all bravado, just show interest for starters.

There is no one method that is most effective for everyone. If you are in high school, the advice is different than if you are in college. If you are working a full-time job and living at home, the advice is different than if you attend church on a regular basis. If you are living in a Muslim culture in the middle east, the advice is different than in you live in a first world western culture.

I've met most of my girlfriends through my friends. My friends know that I'm struggling on de datingsapps so they help out where they can.
Next week I'm going out for drinks with my best friend, her boyfriend and a colleague of my best friend that I've been chatting with on Instagram. And I've met 2 others in similar ways. Your friends know you well and know what you need in a woman.
Another way is on festivals. Usually it's pretty busy and you need to sit down with some people you don't know, that's an easy way to start a conversation with others. I usually just ask for their number when one of us leaves, that has worked out pretty well for me as well.

Online dating apps are, in my opinion, not good. A huge chunk of people on them are just looking for attention or hookups. That isn't to say you can't get lucky, but it's unreliable at best, and this is a problem for all of them by design, regardless of what they want to promote.

If your goal is just to get a girlfriend than going places girls will be and talking to them combined with putting yourself out there on online sites is probably your best bet.
if you want to find someone you are more likely to be compatible with, I would recommend working on yourself and going places that are interesting to you
