What does "we will see, I will text you' mean?

We fought yesterday, because he hasn't kept his promise to text me. I felt like I'm not a priority. He said that he has a life and cannot just stay on the phone.

Anyway... he said he will punish me and will decide when to contact me again.

I wrote him this morning?

"Are you still upset at me?"

He said "No"

And then I asked if I can come visit him at work.

He said "we will see, I will text you"

And replied "fine, your wish"

And that was it. What should I do in your opinion?

I have a couple things to say honestly.

1 "we will see" can mean one of two things either he doesn't know yet the answer yet and he has to figure out if it's possible. Or he is playing games with you. I think he is playing games with you.

So 2 you should stay away from this guy, he told you he is going to punish you? This guy is just playing games with you.

He sounds kind of vindictive and I see u are not a priority nor does he really care. Get rid of that guy. Ghost him and see how he likes that.
