Should I assume it’s over if he hasn’t spoken properly to me in days?

We met on a dating site, and have been together for 2 months. It’s a long distance relationship, but he has already come to visit me twice. Last time was this Saturday, and since he left he’s been acting weird. Not calling, and has only sent me a text saying he’s not very well and has a problem. I’ve asked what’s wrong and no reply from him.

Ugh sis, that's definitely a weird way for him to be acting after y'all just spent time together! I wouldn't wanna assume it's over just yet, but his poor communication is definitely a red flag.

A few thoughts - maybe give him some space for now since he said he's not feeling well. But make it clear you're there if/when he's ready to open up. In the meantime, try keeping yourself busy with other things so you're not just sitting around waiting on him.

If he STILL doesn't talk to you in another day or two, then I'd send one last text saying you care about him but need communication in a relationship. If he doesn't respond to that, then unfortunately it may be time to start moving on.

Long distance is hard enough without all the mystery on top of it, you know? Definitely don't put up with games or being left hanging like this. But I'd give it a little more time before giving up hope completely. Keep your head up sis, you deserve someone who will treat you right!
