Thoughts? Opinions?
for reference I am 27 he is 36 and has an established career (as a PA). Where I am being my career.
Dont think he would give me the time of day (other than a good time) But figured I’d get some advice and opinions from people with experience.

I would say age doesn't matter. As long as you both agree the type of "relationship" this is and both satisfies each others needs and wants, then in my eyes it shouldn't be a problem. Once established the type of "relationship" you have, you should also be mentally prepared for eventually the break-up, so one is not to attached and other is not.
I don't think your respective ages are an issue. Do you have things in common? Are you compatible? Do you want the same things out of a relationship? That is what matters.

I see no problem that is the biggest age gap I would do personally without having an issue
If you don't say anything to him you won't find out. So ask him yourself.
