He wants me to pay for our date, red flag?

We normally go 50/50 on everything. Or if I'm paying for the movie he'll pay for the food. We like it that way, it's fair. We were going to book for an aquarium experience, it's £30 pounds per person. He said he'd get the food if I got the tickets but collectively it would be £60. The food costs £10for us both. Im a student and he earns just above minimum wage. I pointed out how much I'd be paying compared to him, he said he'd pay for the next date but we rarely go on dates that collectively add up to £60. Its like he's not even thinking 🤦🏼‍♀️. Is this a red flag?

Hmm I'd say to him if he's paying for the next date your picking the venue to balance out the £50 deficit!

He is obviously cheap or just very tight with money. Both are red flags.

Yes it is. What kind of guy would do that. Its been my 10-25 dates so far.
