Why do some people still call being gay and epileptic a mental illness when these things got removed from the mental illness list decades ago?

Since they define "wellbeing" as "being like them and what they expect".

Also, both can be seen medically, meaning that people can trace the reasons for each to some biological aspect. Some people abuse knowledge to suggest some biological outcome is 'right' and another is 'wrong'. When really its down to how the person experiencing it naturally feels about it without others coercing them.
