I believe homosexuality is not a mental illness. A mental illness is something that causes a person distress.

Honosexuality doesn’t cause distress.

A homosexual person might feel distressed if another person verbally and physically abuses them for being gay but that’s normal because it’s normal to have feelings. Feeling upset about being verbally or physically abused is not the same thing as being a homosexual.

If a homosexual person works or lives in an environment were people don’t verbally and physically harass them you will see homosexuality itself doesn’t cause a person distress or to become dysfunctional

I don't know anything about homosexuals. I guess there are fetishistic disorders. I don't really care about them enough to research it. That is up to the psych doctors to decide.
