Natural and trending I suppose. While we could argue the principle of "if everyone" and make it a disorder that way reality is that it is pretty practical for a wildly successful apex species like ours to have, theoretically, fewer people breeding and more caretakers.

I am not really seeing the downside. Outside of some weirdos identifying as their sexuality first and their individuality second or wanting an applause for who they choose to lay with. Seems like minor issues though.

Homosexuality is natural. Mammals of all species engage in homosexual behavior when they are in need of sexual release.

Homosexuality has been around since our species began, but the religious organizations have turned people against this notion because they wanted (& continue) to control the masses, ostracizing members of society & forcing people to go into hiding because they fear (ed) conversion therapy (torture) since of their nature does not go along with the rest of the religious sheep.

Yes, we believe children have every right to be who they are & be proud of who they are. Regardless of who they love. Would you turn your back on your child if they were to tell you they were trans, gay, lesbian, or didn't feel any amount of sexual appetites & found sex disgusting in general? Yes, we believe in loving our fellow humans for them being just as they are. It is about teaching kids that love is love.

It's certainly natural, because it occurs in nature even among other species not just humans. Homosexuality rates seem to be pretty flat across history. How society *perceives* homosexuality is where you find all the variation. So my best guess is that it's naturally occurring in a small % across populations and across generations.
