Tbh my family don't really mean shit to me so no, I wouldn't care, if it was my kid that I had in like 20yrs or whatever, I'd probably just tell to be sure they communicate with  them and make sure they're both on the same page as each other otherwise it won't work

Nope. I wouldn't risk alienating a family member by presuming to educate them on the issue. And I certainly wouldn't engage in intervention.
They can date who they want and learn their own lessons. And it's even possible that the sex worker is a good person. Who am I to judge?
My personal morals and opinions do not apply to anyone else by myself.

I'd likely try to get the sex worker into a different form of employment as a first step. It'd take a lot to make a concerted effort to break up a couple. That doesn't mean I wouldn't.
