Is 5 months into dating someone and talking to them everyday too soon to say I love you?

I know I’m falling in love with my boyfriend. I think he might be feeling the same way because I just sense his feelings getting stronger. Would it be weird to say to him soon that I’m falling in love with him or something to that effect? I don’t want to scare him away but then again he is showing me he cares a lot and seems to be feeling the same way

by now to 9 months…you two should know if this is the one to move forward to be engaged then get engaged aroun yr one… yr two -3 can get married…
