Advice for my 30’s?

Well first off happy birthday to you albeit belated. As far as advice for 30s that's tough because I'm not there yet. I suppose a bit of advice would be write down some short term and long term goals that you want to achieve. Maybe some that you could get done within this year and others that you want to have done by 35 and 40 years old. Not knowing anything about you or where you are at in life makes it almost impossible to give you advice. If you have some goals you are aiming for and I can help I would be glad to do so. Other than that just enjoy life. Do what makes you happy when you get the opportunity. Happy bday again.
you have your whole life in front of you.
Get out and enjoy life.
All too soon you will wake up and discover you are even older, 40s, 50's and have no clue when that happened.
Stay busy, don't sweat the small stuff, each day is a gift and tomorrow is never promised.
Quit doing the stuff that makes you go ouch.
As you get older you will need those parts to work.
Wear ear protection around loud noises, even cutting the grass.
As you age you will start to lose some of your hearing, don't speed up the process.
It is never too soon to start saving for your retirement, even if it only a little bit each year, it all adds up.
Make sure your credit rating is as good as possible, it is very important.
Take good care of your health so you can enjoy life when you get older.
Enjoy it as long as you can. I’ll be 46 this year and I can’t figure out how time slipped so quickly. When you are a kid or teenager you want to grow up quickly so you can drive a car or go to a rated R movie, or drink alcohol. Then after 21 somehow the roller coaster hits the top and it’s all downhill from there with the occasional loops and sharp curves.
I would say to marry for personality and not for looks and avoid fake people. Also do not discuss your personal life with people you’ve known less than 2 years cause some of them might be faking their personality for social reasons.

Enjoy life. People might say you are old now but you are still young. Dnt be quick to rush into things because you feel you are getting older. Everything will happen at just the right time. Be patient
Get proactive, man. Connect with more people. Take more (calculated) chances. Go on more adventures. Work on presenting yourself better.
At least, that's what I did when I turned 30.
Just continue living your life to the fullest and happy birthday!
You're welcome
increase the amount of money you are savings towards retirement each month.
Just live your life man. Dont overthink it.
Get off your phone and start living
