You know there are a lot of these types of questions on Quora. Just search them and you'll get more helpful tips there as well, at least most of the time.
I was actually still young looking and healthy (had a healthy sex drive and all that stuff) at 30. I think I started noticing old age around like 35 plus.
It really depends on what you do with your life and what happens really. Someone on here said that it's harder to bounce back from trouble when you get to 40 plus, and I agreed with that (sorry but that's just how it is!). Physically, you start "going down" around 35 and older... at least from my experience that is.
Fertility and hormones are connected too, just like hormones are connected to your overall health so you have to watch out more for that stuff. .. Just do what you need to do to take care of yourself, like sleep on time, get good QUALITY sleep, eat well, exercise and be active, and try to not get stressed as much as possible, or REDUCE stress, trauma, etc. Because your body is CONNECTED to your mental health/psychological health, believe it or not.
Also take care of your relationships (ones that are within your control).
Try to fix or maintain good finances too...
Lastly, just have fun with life and be thankful to still be alive at 30, 40 , 50, and so on.
P. S. I met my ex-fiance at 31. We are no longer together but all I'm saying is 30 is definitely not too late for dating and marrying.
It's hard to corral all the ideas and thoughts and distill it down to the most important or meaningful or relevant. Basically it can grind the mind to a halt, overloaded with all the possibilities. I'm not great at this kind of thing. And, if too watered-down, it is cliche and dull and not very helpful. So take this with a grain of salt...
Tell her to have a party. Or you to throw her a party. This is a big one. It's like 16 and 50. Another big one doesn't come around for a long time. So celebrate that. If she wants. (Unless it's already passed. Then make sure you bought her a nice present, something to commemorate it.)
Tell her that every phase of life has its benefits and deficits, and there's really no emotional point to spending it lamenting what's past, or what hasn't happened yet. The twenties are their own thing. And pretty great in many ways. But thirties are fine too, just different. You probably feel more pressure start to really set in, about timelines, and what should have been, what hasn't, stuff like that. Set some goals, but don't berate yourself too much with negative talk, when some of them inevitably don't come to fruition.
No matter how old you get, don't forget how to have fun. Make a point of having fun. Try, as best you can, to surround yourself, or at least have a couple confidantes, that do know how to have fun, how to laugh. Everyone needs that. Everyone.
I'll stop here, otherwise this could get too long, and really, does any of it actually matter?
Maybe go to an airport, and stand in the grass, underneath where the planes take off. Yell. Yell as loud as you want. ("Scream therapy", lol.) Then get a Chinese paper lantern and write some notes in it, and fire it up into the sky. "Begone!" or whatever you want to say. Wear a mask. Wear something, and fling it off, and shed your past. A new decade begins. New possibilities. The possibility of possibility.
How about that.
If one is turning 30, within three months, some conclusions must be drawn. Firstly, do I want kids… if yes then tailor life so that you appear to be a worthy stay-at-home and home schooling Wifey.
Secondly, If no kids , then, “what’s sleep and damn, I forgot what a martini tastes like” 2-3 years later at 33.
Thirdly, concrete units or metals assets accumulation and Vanguard Roth.
My advice to all people who are confronting the realty of aging is to gracefully accept what is inevitable, look for all of the advantages that come with experience, and realize that we are ALL aging at the very same rate!.

My advice is not to worry about it too much, it's just a number. You've still got most of your life in front of you.
As for those silly incel/MGTOW "men" who insist that your life is now officially over because you've "hit the wall" - well, let's just say that those people just aren't terribly bright, and they're probably stuffing their pimply face with junk food and getting fat on their lazy fat asses in their mother's basements, while they watch 'Star Trek'.
This comment made me laugh so hard because it’s true omg lmao🤣
Invest in moisturiser. For your eyes and face, even if cheap. No matter what else you must go without. You start ageing in your thirties, getting wrinkles, so if you want to age well, now’s the time to dress better and invest in your skin health.
Be yourself and let things come and go as they are supposed to flow ! Moat impotently try not to die early because health is more important. You can have kids and a men anytime you want..
those who say you are old are sexist and mentally I’ll unstable also failed at their life too most likely.
Be optimistic and love yourself to the moon and back. Never give yourself easily to others because of a men-made time frame and time line.
At the end of the God knows it better - not you , your career , family , a dick (men) or a child / baby etc
when I was 29 I was so scared of turning 30. I googled these kind of questions and saw I wasn't alone as others have asked. I read the responses which helped calm me down. I don't even know what I was scared about. one woman talked about how she was used to being in her thirties. I understand. nothing serious about it.
I discovered that I got more confident when I hit 33. I started losing all my insecurities and knew what I wanted in life. but I'm a late bloomer anyway cause I started dating just as I was close to my 34th birthday. Im enjoying my thirties. the funny thing is this is the time of my life I'm being asked out more by guys which is strange.
Honestly the best advice is to make time for self care, build up on confidence, understand that some female friends might go their separate ways due to more major changes in their life (and that’s ok). Have positive coping skills for when adulting gets a bit harder. Keep up with having fun, keeping being young at heart, eat right, sleep well and keep physical fitness (even simple stretches).
Nothing to majorly worry about…oh and stop worrying about aging…believe there is a long vibrant life ahead.
Time flies. The 30s are your peak season. Make the best of it and cherish every moment especially if you have kids. There are no redos in parenting. AND use moisturizer DAILY all the way down your neck/chest and on your hands. You’ll thank me later. 😜
Tell her to live her life to the fullest and ignore what society thinks of her. There's beauty in every age. As long as she's healthy, she can do whatever she wants.
Things start changing around then, pay attention.
Work harder at staying in good condition and healthy... it's now a job.
Not sure why 30 is some insane milestone everyone fears. You’re still young. That’s my advice.
Wait until you turn 30. You’ll feel different
@Kingofkings1992 nope. it’s still young. Nice try.
@Kingofkings1992 My mom had me at 30. She still looked spicken beautiful at that age!
@TenderFantasy my mom had me at 39 she was near 40 basically and she’s 63 today still looks like she’s 50 although for me I’d like to have a child at 27-31 :) my coworker is 31 and pregnant right now, she is healthy and her baby is doing wonderful.
@jendcheuebc I never said it wasn’t. I said when you turn 30, it’s gonna hit you like a ton of bricks.
@Kingofkings1992 If you think that, how sad. 29 and 30 were MIRRORED years in a way, at least for me. I LOOKED and FELT like I was still in my 20's really. I hardly noticed ANY difference..
Why do you think 30 is so old (if you don't mind me asking)? was your 20's hard or something?
@TenderFantasy I never said 30 is “so old” ? What are you talking about?
@TenderFantasy I don’t think he means 30 is” old”I feel like what he’s trying to say is life itself really starts to kick in when you are in your 30s kind of thing with expenses, family, marriage, work, etc things like that.
@Kingofkings1992 Well when you said "hit you like a ton of bricks", it seemed like a negative metaphor for something I hardly felt, when that day came for me.
@paulalove98 If you already had a family (and other responsibilities) by your 20's, it would seem just like another year, or another number really. Lol, my shop teacher in high school (like 2001), when he turned 30, he had a monotone voice when saying to his class casually that his 30th was coming up. That was funny.
If you haven't already get a pension/retirement account started
Pick a good man at your level if you’re a 6 pick a 6 settle down and don’t waste any more time your value is dropping everyday
I really do not know what the fuss is all about. It did not bother me when I turned 30, or when I turned 50, or even when I turned 65. I am grateful to be alive. Some of the friend I had in high school didn’t make it this far.
A lot of young people dread 30 for some reason. I was still a spring chicken and in my prime at 30 lol. I find it a little funny.
Nothing changes when you turn 30. It’s like 29 plus an additional year 😆
you will likely be at the prime of your life by that age, enjoy it.
Life moves twice as fast once you hit 30 so slow down if you can and enjoy life.
Start getting ready to enter box wine and cat land.
I assume you been with your wife since your teenage years
More or less yes, she used to be my senior in high school.
I assume you had to ask her out and hit on her
Yes obviously, although she was the one that initiated things at first
How so? How did she?
Give the nice guys the fairest chance.
Huh? Are you talking about lazy neck beards that view ladies as objects to take advantage of? Or do you mean ambitious men who take care of themselves and respect women? Because if it’s the latter, those guys get lots of chances. If it’s the former… maybe he should work on him selves instead of just saying how nice a guy he is. Actions prove a lot more than cheap words.
