I'm an eccentric in my area. I mostly wear 1920s style clothing so I get a lot of comments and stares. Sometimes positive, sometimes negative. One girl stopped me before and said she wished her boyfriend dressed like me instead of his graphic tees an sweatpants. So I assume there's people who think it is attractive.

I'd rather be eccentric than look like everybody else though. Life's too short to be boring.

No. They are usually mentally ill, traumatized, or such intellectually boring people that the only thing they can do to “express” themselves in squeeze themselves into some new jeans or coordinate a purse with matching shoes.

My favorite is when they jab metal into their nostrils, lips, and face or draw on their boobs. Soooo hot.

Most of the time I think they're just trying to show off or be the center of attention. I love when a person knows how to dress without having to show too much attention.

Generally so, although typically I like people who are a bit eccentric in their behavior. But that might express itself in their fashion and body language too.

Depends. Some people are just plain weird and slap the label eccentric on it to feel better about it.

Somebody having a unique style and the confidence of being their own person in a boring world CAN be attractive.

Unfortunately the question needs specific examples to provide a truly accurate answer.

Eccentric is any personality thats outside of the cultural norms, its not a look. I'm eccentric, so I like eccentric women who are mentally like me.
