Do you find eccentric people attractive?

I find women who think for themselves to be interesting, but I don't see her weird clothing and multi-colored hair as necessarily eccentric. Sometimes boring people try to stand out by overcompensating with their fashion and other accessories, but they aren't really eccentric or that interesting when you talk to them.

They're what's called Posers.

Most eccentric people come off as vain, self-centered, narcissistic and out of touch. I live a life of modesty, humility and sacrifice in service of others before myself; this clashes with their outlook on life.

Romantically? Not really. Not my type in men, but I do admire how they dress sometimes. The girls often look amazing and pull it off really well.

I don't know. Besides myself, I've never met any. But judging by those pictures, no. They look like attention whores who dress that way just to "start a conversation." I usually think of eccentric as behaviors, not bad fashion.

I know a woman 30 , she dresses a bit off has weird glasses. BUT she is nice, funny and has a great personality. I have known several come to think of it

Yes, very, I like everything eccentric something is in my blood for it I think, also it reflects imagination I believe from the part of the person that is so.
