I just found out through a friend that this girl is talking to the guy l want and she’s initiating the conversations. I don’t know what to do because l wanted to talk to him but since he’s talking with her l feel uncomfortable showing any form of interest towards him.

If you like the guy, then go ahead and talk to him. It's not a big thing to talk about things that you may have in common. If he shows no interest in you, then you can finally move on. However, if you don't even talk to him, it will keep eating you up like it's doing now.
