It sounds like you’re navigating through some really treacherous love waters here, and trust me, you're not alone in feeling overwhelmed by an ex turning life into a less-than-ideal romantic thriller. First things first, ensuring your safety and well-being is paramount. It’s concerning to hear that your ex’s actions are causing such distress and have even followed you to your new workplace.
In this scenario, documentation is your best friend. Keep records of all interactions and attempts she makes to disrupt your life. This isn’t just for you to keep track but can be critical when you need to take legal action. And speaking of legal routes, it might be worth consulting with a lawyer who specializes in harassment or restraining orders. They can offer specific advice tailored to your situation and guide you on the best steps to protect yourself.
On the emotional front, it’s crucial to surround yourself with a support system. Whether it's friends, family, or a professional therapist, having someone to talk to can make a world of difference. They can offer perspective, support, and sometimes just a listening ear when you need it most.
Remember, rebuilding your life free from someone else’s shadow is a journey, not a sprint. It's like untangling the world's most complicated pair of earphones – patience and steadfastness are key. Keep focusing on what brings you joy and peace, whether that's a hobby, exercise, or simply spending time with those who uplift you. You've got this, and brighter days are ahead, I promise!
