I have rejected more than one man in my life. It didn’t make me feel like a bad person but I kind of felt sad doing it. I must have hurt their feelings but it would be a mistake to enter a relationship with a man I’m not interested in. I didn’t want to hurt their feelings but it would just be a mistake to consider a relationship with a guy who doesn’t interest me.

At least I’m a sympathetic person and I did feel sad about rejecting these guys because it must have hurt their feelings but I just can’t be in a relationship with a man who doesn’t interest me that would make me unhappy and he would probably realize it later too.

Yes and yes and no at the same time. If I knew they were just asking me out as a joke, I had no remorse when I said no. If it was a guy who truly was asking me out because he wanted to, I did feel bad but then I told myself that it’s better to not lead them on when I don’t like them like that (especially if they were someone who I knew personally to be a super sweet guy). More often than not, it’s the second one. I really do like guys who are really nice and can make me laugh, it’s actually the biggest turn off to me if they’re mean/disrespectful, but I won’t lead them on into thinking that I like them if I don’t actually feel that way.

Yeah all the time lol.. and I do feel bad mainly because of my people pleaser tendencies ( working on it 🤣 ).. and one time I felt terrible because she was kinda obsessed with me and she was sooo sweet and sensitive I couldn't even look her in the eyes.. I actually liked her but I wanted to be alone at the time , but any rejection is still a rejection , so.. seriously , why do situations like that exist? Yes to the first guy I rejected because he was nice and did nothing wrong. Also it was over text and I rejected him probably without a couple of minutes.

But no to the second guy because I knew clearly that I didn’t like him (and he should’ve known too).

Yes, did it make me feel bad? No. Because at the time I couldn't imagine a woman being hurt by a rejection from me.

Now I'm conflicted on it. Because while I feel bad for having rejected her. I've been rejected exponentially more. And none of them show any signs of feeling bad. So whenever I feel bad for rejecting I just remind myself how many times I get rejected so I don't feel too bad.

A really sweet girl asked me to the senior prom I liked this girl from out of state so I said no. She ended up going with her cousin. Afterwards I regretted being such a jerk. It really would have made her happy if I went with her.

Probably most women have declined a mans invitation. You say rejected a man but you don't need to, you can simply decline. In the past a woman would thank a man for the invitation.

I’ve rejected 3 women who were interested in me and I felt nothing. I was honestly glad to have rejected them. Otherwise I would have been extremely unhappy. Thankfully they all ended up moving away.
