What would future developments in youth rejuvenation and extended fertility mean for women and dating?

I have recently studied research in a concept called “longevity escape velocity” where we could theoretically control aging so we can prevent signs of aging so we could still look younger for longer and live way longer.

I wonder what this will mean for women since most men consider women in their early 20s to be most attractive and fertile.

Would women wait to have children and focus is their career?
Would women still be desired at later ages if they can look younger?

My grandma had my dad when she was over 39 years old and they did not have epidurals when she was pregnant with him. Some women do get pregnant and give birth late. I've heard of 42 year old mothers, multiple times through friends of friends. Janet Jackson was 50 when she gave birth to her first biological child.

Women are desired at all ages so I don't think this matters. It's only predator men that think younger more fertile women are attractive. It's better to stay clear of them and not feed into their sick desires

I don't think this is actually going to happen, though. It's a pipe dream, and it's wrong to allow people (women) to get their hopes up waiting for a technology that's supposedly going to solve all of their problems, because their hopes are going to be brutally crushed.
