I'm sorry some guys are jerks and only want one thing. It's hard to get over something like that but you just have to try and move past it and learn from it. Don't let one bad guy ruin you for all the good ones out there probably dying to date you. I would advise holding off sleeping with guys. If he is a player and you tell him you want to wait a little while he will probably leave very quickly.

I’m sorry that happened to you. My advice would be moving forward is to hold out on sex until you’re a few dates in. I personally don’t believe in any hard set rule and every person is different. It can be hard to judge someone online and what their intentions are.
