Seriously though, you need to figure out your trust issues here. I'm not saying what the reality is, maybe its a thing, maybe your just paranoid. What you need to do is work out how you care for your boyfriend, and also talk with him and figure out for yourself why you don't trust him (e. g. suspect a secret girlfriend).

In the end, if you have a boyfriend who is going to cheat, he will cheat. Your best bet is to work out how you feel about your boyfriend, get to know him, entrust to him that you would be so hurt if he was with someone else (so he understands) and trust him until your sure you can't.
