Then he breaks up with her and is single. Knowing your girlfriend truly loves him, would you break up with her so she can he with the person she truly loves.

If she's in love with her childhood friend that means she's not in love with you so you're kind of disrespecting yourself by staying with her you're pretty much okay till something better comes along. You want someone that loves you 100% And is devoted to you. It's not good for you to be constantly looking over your shoulder

I wouldn't keep dating someone whose heart is still with someone else

if she is capable to love n have feelings for him then she never loved the one she is with truly
