When was the last time you paid for anything on a date?

I don't date but if I was forced to date, then I certainly would pay my share of whatever I consume, be it in a restaurant, coffee place or the movies/theater.

I hate to owe people anything and furthermore, if the date pays, I feel that in a way, he is expecting something in return, which, I am adamant about, I will never give him.

Being a student, I would never go on a date to a place that is beyond my financial capabilities. Furthermore, going on dates is always coupled with some kind of expectations from the one or the other party.

I usually offer to pay on dates and if I did not I’m sure other people would pay for me.

I haven't dated in over twenty years. So about then. I always offered to pay for everything or at least myself. My folks dragged me up right.
