There's no ideal. Some younger people are old souls and connect better with older people just like some older people are young at heart and very active so they connect with younger people. Statistically its probably a 1-5 year gap

Biggest age gap I’ll do in dating is 10 years older, I don’t date younger or same age. Don’t have a limit for sex, as long as they’re over 18.

For date I would say 5 years younger and 5 older for sex I would say 7 years younger and 10 years older (cause after men get fat and have bad skin that feel icky to touch and gross). I'm 25.
