What do you do when you've run out of things to say?

I've been dating this girl for a little while, and now I feel like I've run out of conversation topics to talk about. I feel like I've already asked everything i can possibly ask. Because she's shy and I'm the one that comes up with the great ideas and topics, the conversations are getting dead now that I have nothing to say. What do I do now, beyond asking the regular stuff like "how was your day?"

Learn her passions and interests and talk about those. Cosmetics, shopping, that sort of thing. With cosmetics, I could never get myself interested directly since I never wanted to wear cosmetics when I dated a beautician but I found an overlapping interest in visual arts and facial anatomy. I found it interesting to talk to her about facial anatomy.
