Is my "friend" really ghosting me?

My old friend had this guy she met at work. I recently started working with him last month, waitressing.

She would always call him her boyfriend, so I told my coworker that that guy had a girlfriend, my friend.

Fast forward that night she asked me if I told anyone him and her were Boyfriend and girlfriend, I said yes.

Turns out it wasn't her boyfriend but she always makes out with her and other couple-type things (if you know what I mean)

Now it's been a month and I haven't heard a word from her and she would constantly text me.
