Basically it’s been a week. They still watch and like my stories on insta which is incredibly rude. I think I know what the answers are gonna be, but I want to make sure I shouldn’t. I want to tell them that basically they could’ve told me they weren’t interested. It’s been 4 months

Never ever ever double text. If they don't respond to a text after a couple days, it's over and move on. That's how you win that silly game

If they watch your IG stories, go to a restaurant with a friend and post a food pic with a 2nd plate and drink in the background. But don't respond to them
