Overally jealous rages?

Hey. A little bit about me is i create imaginary problems and get jealous badly. i want to stop being jealous. i trust my man completely. but i know my jealousy can ruin our relationship. it had already the last couple days when he asked for a break but he said he is going to trust me one last time in hopes a change will occur. what has helped you guys? i get jealous over things that aren’t logical at all. it’s very annoying and i can't.
