Should I keep pursuing a girl although she rejected me once and I am not much into her anymore?

I am not sure if she rejected me permanently because she was busy at that time and she is quite shy. I am not into her anymore, because I feel uncomfortable and awkward in her presence, as she is aloof, and I don't think there is any spark between us. However, I just feel there is something unfinished between us, and as you can see, obviously, I'm still thinking about her.
