The past is important to me in relationships especially. I'm very strict when it comes to partners I'm intimate with, I'm 32 and I've only been with 2 people. (1 relationship for 2 years, and the other for 8)
So I WOULD not date this person out of respect for myself.

Sleeping with sex workers, to me, is disgusting. It's not something I appreciate. If one has to resort to using sex workers as a way to obtain intimacy, that tells me there are other issues with the individual, as to WHY the guy "never got girls showing interest". There are reasons for that lack of interest from the female side of things, and it tells me, as a female, some big underlying issue is at play.
Could be how the guy acts around women, disrespect or sexist. Could be insecurities the guy portrays to the world and no women wants to deal with those. Could be the guy is only interested in hookups, while the females are looking for a commitment, etc. As the guy used porn - could be a sex addiction even. Clearly something is wrong with the guy that the females can see, and have actively chosen to stay away from, for some reason.

I would not accept a partner who turned to sex workers as a means of obtaining sex. There is opportunity every day, new people in our lives each day too. Out of the hundreds and thousands of people this guy has been around or in connection with, not one girl has any interest? VERY suspicious behaviour, and quite a turn off.
