Why do I ghost any guy when I start to catch feelings?

I really get easily attached to people even online.. its been like a month or month and a half i talk to a guy i met him online

i recently started to catch feelings i think of him all the time (esp when he replies late i get trust issues and think he may talk to another girl) but i wanna leave i don't wanna get hurt plus he lives so far away :( I don't know what i should i do

Already I’d say not to be in a long distance situation if you have trust issues. In fact I wouldn’t advise someone with your mindset engage in any online relationship. You lack the patience to focus on yourself and heal whatever trauma gave you such trust issues and also gave you this fear of getting hurt. This will be a reoccurring problem until you stop prioritizing men and instead put your mental health first.
