Why would a guy ghost me all of a sudden?

I've been talking with a guy on insta and he always responds quickly. He's always online like every 30 minutes even when he's busy at work, he always responds.

Yesterday we were talking back and forth and he responded to my story with a pondering emoji. I replied back but he ignored me then didn't get back on insta until the next morning. We usually talk until 11pm.

I messaged him this morning, he read it but ignored me again. Then he didn't get online for 11 hours (not normal), he watched all my stories but still didn't reply.

Why would he ghost me all of a sudden? I didn't say anything offensive and my story wasn't offensive, it was just about signs of mental health/depression.

It's Instagram, it doesn't even matter. If he stopped answering or returning your phone calls, then that's different.

So for me, I hate it when girls want to message all the time. Maybe he got tired of always having to reply all the time.
