Do guys only use dating apps for sex?

So I have Facebook dating and I told my friend about a date I went on recently and he said that I shouldn’t use dating apps because guys are only on there looking for sex. the guy I went on a date with never tried to have sex with me afterwords and we have never had any sexual conversations over the phone. And this guy has FaceTime me 1-2 in the morning and he has never been inappropriate. He told me eventually the guy will just have sex with me and move on to the next woman is he right and should I just meet guys outside or should I continue to date online? I don’t go out a lot. I like to stay home so it’s kind of hard for me to even meet guys outside. And this is also the very first guy I have talked to on this dating app so I don’t know if things will be different if I stay on there longer

not all of them are. i have no idea what facebook dating is like. didn't really know that was a thing. he seems okay so far.

your friend was not there on the date with you. he is not there having the conversations with your date you are. you can take his opinion, but just know that it is not factual. not sure why he's trying to put you down. sure, some guys use dating sites for sex. but some don't. just have to weed them out.

No. But most women on there are just in it to give up the cookie. A guy isn't going to say, "no" most likely.😆
