It's not bad, but if you're unhappy with that, YOU need to make changes and set boundaries for yourself. Why are you entertaining these people and agreeing to hookups if you are not looking for a hookup? That is what message you're sending out to these potential partners by the way.

You need to set expectations, boundaries, and discuss before hand what to expect and what you are looking for... an actual relationship commitment. If you agree to hookup with people, and expect they will want to stay around when THEY aren't looking for a relationship, that is incredibly naive. You need to focus on YOU, in order to get the relationship you are after. Don't be hooking up with these people, when you can be actually dating / courting someone and putting time into learning about them in a romantic, friendly, and relationship type of way.

Make it KNOWN you are seeking a relationship, so you do not continue to entertain hookup culture.
