I will say the following, with underlying messages of each sentence/phrase.Reply:[1] "Oh, thanks for saying it out."
(As in: I received your message).

[2] "It does take courage and true feelings for one to say so, especially to someone they just meet. For that, I am sure you'll get to hear them from me at the time I'm having that much warmth and happiness you've felt".
(As in: I appreciate you conveying this message, and you'll have to wait for mine. As such messages are not just words.. they should come from the inside. Which is something I'll get to judge, and naturally require time to reply to.)

[3] "I hope to be at your good thoughts if I have been a reason you're feeling good/great".
(As in: Now you are either genuine or fake. Assuming you are genuine, it may be because I am that great and you can't hold your feelings.. so thanks for the compliment and I'll always do my best. Still wait as I just mentioned.
Or you are weak enough, that such small kindness or courtesy has made you 'fall' in love. All of this, aside being fake, which has other criteria to judge through).

It's normal, feelings need time. You just have to say it. Your person will understand and wait as long as necessary. And if not, then this is not your person.
