Yes there is. Sure people can look better if you like their personality and stuff but there are people you can just look at and be like yeah they are really hot. Plus there are some ugly people that no matter if they are nice, cool, sweet you can never see them as attractive.

Absolutely. Some of it is subjective, but there sure are degrees to physical beauty.

Most people would probably agree that both Justin Bieber and Henry Cavill are attractive male celebrities. But just because they are both good-looking, doesn't mean that they are on the same level of beauty as one another. There are levels to "good-looking."

Sort of... there's physical attractiveness and there's character (charisma). The two impact each other so that a person's physical "raw score" may be impacted by whether or not the person also has good character (sense of humor, intelligence, etc.).
