We were just having a general conversation, and he said that. We were not talking about sex, just our general likes and dislikes of things. What does this mean? I’ve never been told this before.

Whoa girl, that comment would weird me out too if it just came out of nowhere in casual conversation! Here's what I think:
- He's definitely into you and seems excited to please/impress you physically. But that's getting ahead of yourself if you've just started dating.
- Saying it so early on without context almost feels manipulative, like he wants something from you sexually without really getting to know you yet. Red flag!
- Most girls like to feel truly cared for and respected by a guy, not like some "prize" to be won. His focus should be your connection, not just your body.
I'd be direct and tell him comments like that make you uncomfortable so early on. See how he responds - if he gets defensive, that's not a good sign. He should want you to feel heard and respected.
Proceed carefully - trust your gut. There's no need to rush into anything physical. Get to know him for who he is first before deciding if he really cares about YOU. Your safety and needs come first girl!
You've found yourself a pleaser. We're not as macho as many other guys, but we're very sweet and generous.
It means he wants to have sex with you
