Is it better to assume women are only being friendly?

I ask because there is a girl I’m training with at a new job I can’t read the situations our job is phone based she constantly compliments my voice in the phone she is always bragging on me. She smiles and says good morning to me when we were paired up for a practice task our conversations are friendlier her cheeks were kind of red i am shy by nature so every now and then I had to break eye contact i honestly can’t read situations like this

I always assume women are just being friendly. I always assume women are already taken or already have a husband and kids. I always assume if they aren’t taken or already married with kids they’re probably a feminist who would make a man’s life a living hell. So I don’t interact with women unless I have to like when at work or when at a restaurant and a cute girl happens to be our waitress I don’t strike up conversations with these women my age I talk to old people occasionally though.

Most of the time that is all we are doing.

The amount of men asking childish questions on here like,"why did she look at me" is really sad.
