I asked a guy out. Do all guys say this?

So a little background. I asked another guy out on Facebook and he replied, “I’m talking to someone.” Single was still on his profile. I figured maybe he is talking to someone. Then I had the courage to finally ask another guy out in person and he says the same thing. I’m wondering if he was trying to say no nicely or what. Sure he could be talking to someone but it just struck me as odd that they had the exact same answers. What say you?

Well, it's hard to say for sure that they were fibbing, but usually when a guy says that he's trying to turn you down nicely.
